You can, absolutely, and it will save you a lot of button-pushing. But remember, using the cIOSCORP Uninstaller will leave you with outdated IOS revisions and (for NTSC/PAL users) completely useless Korean IOS files (just like the useless 4.3 update). Ok, so can I download all the updated IOS revisions and place them in the cIOSCORP/DARKCORP Uninstaller folder on my SD Card? But you'll still need to run through and Trucha Sign the appropriate IOS revisions manually to make sure your homebrew still functions.

For Korean Wiis you need to be careful. I remember reading that doing something would cause them to brick. I don't remember what it was.

I just found out that I already have preloader installed. The thing is that enabling 'Region free Wii games' hack does not seem to work, did I miss something? Do I need updating (even though the 'disable checking for update' is enabled)? EDIT: Got it figured out. Just had to install the 'neogamma' thingy which loaded disks regardless of region.

It wasn't difficult for the kid to figure out how to use it. My Wii won't turn on at all, what should I do?! If the power has gone out and now your Wii won't turn on, don't panic. If none of the power LEDs are coming on (orange or green) simply unplug the power cord from the Wii and from the plugin (wall, surge protector, etc) and leave it unplugged for five minutes.

After five minutes plug it back in and it should work. If this does not fix the problem then check the power cord itself. Make sure that the word 'Wii' and the model number 'RVL-002 (USA)' molded into the AC adapter. Unlicensed products are not fully compatible and may not work correctly. If the power LED comes on but nothing shows up on your TV screen then chances are you have a bricked Wii.
